At SHREE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ethnic wear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided the items are unworn and have original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your SHREE account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request ID.

  Pack the Product

  Place the garment in its original packaging with all brand tags, invoices, and accessories included to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Pickup Arrangement

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure someone is available at the provided address.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality audit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or SHREE wallet within 7-10 business days.
